I was born in 1993 in Milan, Italy. Son of an architect and a dental technician, I get passion for electronic in general and for computers and mobile phones in particular, since early ages.

In june 2012 I obtained Science Course Diploma at GSCE level

In september 2012 I started a totally new experience, called university: Electronic and Information Technology Engineering was my chose right to my passions.

In August 2015 I became event manager of Zunami Events; I am the person who plans and executes the event, taking responsibility for the creative, technical and logistical elements. This includes overall event design, brand building, marketing and communication strategy, audio-visual production, scriptwriting, logistics, budgeting, negotiation and client service.

In February 2016 I guessed building my first own company. I achieved to build a startup called EMAT Digital Marketing with a friend of mine; we both love web and we have different skills: Matteo was proficient in Graphic User Interface, I was mostly oriented in Web development. We gained an excellent confidence in Data Analysis e Market Discovery working toghether. EMAT is nowadays leader of the market in north-west Italy.

The experience and the contacts gained working with EMAT made possible beeing active part in BookYourBeach company fundation and product development as Technical Area Manager. I am now one of the strategic leaders in this role, I directly work with B2B clients across Italy developing key strategy for the sales department, impacting cross-function departments R&D, Marketing and Production, keeping the relationship with KOL. I am the Brand Ambassador of BookYourBeach client in this role. I work closely and have indirect reports across italian regions.

WHAT CAN I DO

Decision making

Having an entrepreneurial vision is not enough. A successful manager must be able to analyze the scenarios and make the right decisions to translate the vision into concrete actions and transform the objectives into strategic plans.

Team management

The achievement of the objectives implies that the company is a functioning machine able to well manage its resources. A manager must know how to work all the resources in synergy, attributing to each one the task most suited to his or her skills.

Motivation and Persuasion

For those who do not have an overview, it can be difficult to work with motivation and, once found, it is not always easy to maintain it. Resolution and persuasion are among the most important qualities that a manager must have to always keep the level of attention high.

Delegation capacity

A self-confident manager is also sure of his team and should not be afraid to delegate more operational work to employees to focus more on strategic issues. Delegating, however, is not simple since we need to understand who is more suitable for that role.

Priority management

Dynamic and frenetic contexts. To manage continuous change, it is the manager’s task to be able to assign the right priorities and always be ready to review them according to urgency.

Personal learning

To be a successful manager, knowledge cannot be ignored and it is good to always be up to date especially in relation to what is happening in your sector. Growing the company also implies personal growth.

EFFEX network was born from the collaboration between some communication agencies specialized in different sectors. We cover any aspect and every digital need of your business, from photography to web design, from business management to digital marketing and much more, in order to offer tailor-made solutions.

I am one of the strategic leaders in this role, I directly work with B2B clients across Italy.
I develop key strategy for the sales department on a Italian scale too, impacting cross-function departments R&D, Marketing and Production, keeping the relationship with KOL.
As the Technical Area Manager in this role I am the Brand Ambassador of BookYourBeach client. I work closely and have indirect reports across italian regions.
This provides me with a nation oversight, but more importantly a huge opportunity to make an impact. My voice and expertise plays a crucial part of the growth of the sales development.

Sportradar is the world’s leading information provider of sports related data to betting firms, live media, sports federations, state authorities and lawenforcement agencies. In total 500 employees and more than 1500 freelance scouts across Europe.
Managing technology teams in Norway, Estonia, Slovenia and Germany with total 150 persons covering data centers and system development and maintenance for end user products and information capturing.
